Virtual Training

Virtual training is the best option for those who are not sure how to put a workout together but can hold themselves accountable once they have direction. Virtual is perfect for those who have a hectic schedule that makes it hard to meet in person, and also for those that have some experience but still want the accountability of checking in weekly.

In-Person Training for Children and Seniors

Throughout the years, I have trained people of all ages. From young children in sports or needing to develop healthy habits to seniors wanting to maintain independence and gain strength, all bodies need strength training. I offer shorter sessions for young children (ages 9-13) and seniors who may not need a full hour for their session.
